Sitting room has a triple aspect with delightful views of Cadgwith Cove and comfortable seating, TV, DVD and Sky. Large games chest and fireplace with gas fire. French doors open onto the south facing paved terrace leading to the rear garden. Exposed beamed ceiling, wood floors and Juliet balcony looking down onto the reception hall. Very well-equipped kitchen with tiled floor, beamed ceiling, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave and French doors opening onto the south facing paved terrace.
