Located on a livery in the hamlet of Brea, Brea View has the advantage of being tucked away in a quiet location yet is only five minutes drive from the A30 'backbone' of Cornwall, giving you convenient access to explore this beautiful county. For any horse owners thinking of taking their horses on holiday with them, there are stables on site and good off-road riding in the area - to be arranged separately.
Entered straight into the living area from the front ‘stable’ door, the light from the double patio doors and the view are immediately apparent. The lounge has comfortable seating for four people, coffee table, LCD TV with DVD and freeview and the double doors lead out onto the paved patio area with garden furniture from where you can enjoy the panoramic view.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, gas oven and 4-ring hob with extractor over, fridge with ice making compartment and a microwave. There is also a dining area with four chairs.
The bedrooms and shower room are down the hall with the shower room consisting of a double shower cubicle with power shower over, matching handbasin with mirror, light and shaving point over and a matching toilet. Bedroom one is a double room with double bed, bedside table and lamp and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a twin room with two 3’ single beds, bedside table and lamp and built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have wall mounted LCD TVs with freeview.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity, gas and central heating. Parking for two cars is available immediately outside. One dog will be accepted by prior arrangement at this property at £25 per week. No smoking
