'Grandad's Cottage' is a delightful character cottage just a short distance from the beautifully picturesque Church Cove, Lizard. You can enjoy sitting in the garden (BBQ and furniture provided) or stroll the short distance to the Cove from where you can enjoy miles of breathtaking cliff top walks in either direction. Lizard village with its well regarded pub and stores is just a quarter mile walk up the hill. For the less energetic, the front verandah gives you the perfect opportunity to sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

Entered into the Lounge, with tiled floor, beamed ceiling and open fire. Comfortable seating for four people with a three-seater sofa and an armchair, TV and DVD combi unit. An archway leads through to the Kitchen/Diner with pine drop-leaf table and chairs, dresser unit, large 'range' cooker with 5-ring gas hob, 'Belfast' sink and good quality stainless steel pans and fridge/freezer. Double patio doors lead from the kitchen to the gravelled patio area and steps to the raised lawn. Off the kitchen is the Shower room (wet room), being fully tiled with mixer shower, toilet, sink, vanity unit and heated towel rail. The microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer are also housed in here.

The lovely feature staircase winds from the lounge to an upstairs, galleried second lounge area with seating and coffee table and doors off to the two bedrooms. Bedroom one with en suite bathroom has a 5' king-size pine bed, bedside tables and lamps and built-in wardrobes. The en suite has bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin, extractor fan and heated towel rail. Bedroom two has a 4'6" double pine bed with bedside shelves and lamps and large pine wardrobe.

The property is centrally heated. Allocated parking space immediately opposite. Bedlinen, heating, electricity and gas are included in the rental. Regret no pets or children under 8 years. Please do not smoke inside the property.
