'Crowan' is a detached three bedroom cottage, set in a large, stream side garden (with a large picnic table), just back from the sea front at Coverack, Cornwall. The splendid beach is literally a one minute walk from the door at Crowan as is the small supply store at the bottom of the road. The village with its picturesque harbour, shops and pub is a pleasant five minute walk along the sea front.

This modern, recently decorated cottage is entered through the well-equipped Kitchen, with its electric double oven and ceramic hob, full size dishwasher, fridge, freezer (additional freezer in shed), dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Leading through to the large, bright Lounge/Diner. With pine dining table and dresser, a real flame effect electric stove in the hearth, a television, dvd player and two large three seater settees either side of the bay window giving excellent sea views.

The Hall provides plenty of room for coats and boots and off here is the pine panelled Bathroom, having bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin. The Twin Bedroom has a stripped pine floor, twin 3' beds, pine wardrobe, drawer units and a window overlooking the stream, which you can hear as you drift off to sleep. Also downstairs is the Double Bedroom, with double wardrobe and dressing table and a 4'6" bed, there is also an easy chair from which you can enjoy the sea views from the bay window.

Upstairs is another Twin Bedroom, with two, 3' beds, drawer units and hanging space, an easy chair and the most spectacular views of the coast and harbour. This bedroom also has the benefit of an en suite toilet (mind your head on the low door).

Rental includes heating (night storage), electricity and bedlinen. There is parking allocated for one car. You are requested not to smoke inside this property and we regret no pets.
