We had a wonderful two weeks in this property, it had everything we needed and is situated perfectly in the village, the cream tea and flowers were a nice welcome and a quick call from the owner to make sure everything was ok was a nice touch. Coverack itself is a delightful village with plenty of amenaties and a great base for exploring South Cornwall. I would highly recomend the property.
As soon as we entered Dean Haven in August 2009 we were met with tranquility. It was an oasis of calm and you had no choice but to give in and relax. It was clean, fresh bright and airy. There was everything you think of - all you needed to take was your suitcase and food. Nobody was there to welcome us but everyrhing had been left for our own Devonshire cream tea - milk, tea, scones, jam and clotted cream - a real treat. Great coastal and inland walks for all levels of fitness. Shop down the road sold eveything - their fresh local pasties were superb. Only disappointment was for us the week we were there eating out was not a success. Good or bad - no mobile or internet receotion - bliss for me, frustration for my husband. I"m glad I"ve had chance to write this review as I lost the comments sheet!
