From the private drive with parking for three cars the property is entered into the bright and well-equipped kitchen. With a double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a breakfast table with four chairs.
The lounge is airy and light with comfortable seating, ornamental fireplace, TV with freeview and a DVD player. Books and games are also provided for those rare wet days! There is a second seating area in the conservatory which also leads to the enclosed garden. There is a patio with picnic bench.
Bedroom one is a large double room with rural views, a 4'6" double bed, large wardrobe and drawer unit with freeview TV. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over and matching handbasin. The toilet is separate.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and central heating. Two dogs accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per dog per week. Regret no smoking. Owner lives separately on site.
