Sunswept is a brand new high quality detached holiday cottage situated overlooking St Austell Bay and just one mile from the Eden Project. The sandy beaches of Porthpean, Carlyon Bay and Par are just a short car journey away and there are three golf courses within about two miles of the front door. The beautiful Cornish coastal towns of Fowey, Looe, Charlestown and Mevagissey are all just a few minutes in the car and there is good walking available right from the front door, with even the Eden Project easily reachable.
The open-plan groundfloor is very nicely equipped with a comfortable three seater sofa, LCD TV with freeview and DVD player (good selection of DVDs provided). A dining table and four chairs and a well-equipped modern kitchen including electric oven and ceramic hob with extractor over, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.

Upstairs is the en suite bedroom giving sea and coastal views from the roof light windows. With 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wall mounted LCD TV and freeview and large built-in wardrobe.  The luxurious en suite is fully tiled with power shower cubicle, heated towel rail, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror and shaver point above.
Outside is plenty of space to turn and park your car and a private raised patio with sea views and garden furniture.  Owners live on site in separate detached house.  Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, towels and a travel cot if required. Regret no dogs and no smoking.
