Pat and I have experienced a very comfortable and enjoyable stay during this week. We have travelled extensively and enjoyed the warm weather. To John and Sue, Thank you for welcoming use to Falmouth this week we had a great week and the flat is lovely. We can't really fault much about our stay here-great location, warm welcome, modern kitchen area. The only thing we feel lets down the flat a little is the bathroom which isn't in keeping with the standard in the rest of the flat. We really enjoyed out stay, the flat was great; really clean and spacious, you were both very friendly and welcoming and gave us good tips for our holiday. We appreciated the biscuits and saffron cake to go with the cup of tea. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook a few of out own meals. The only minor thing is the bathroom Door is very sticky and difficult to open/close (this was rectified by owners within 5 minutes of departure) Thank you for a wonderful stay - Via in-property guestbook
The weather forecasts on your TV set were not at all acceptable to holiday makers having come from so far away. Maybe you should have your TV set adjusted?. No seriously, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and felt very comfortable "under your roof". We found this flat very well equipped (even down to a picnic basket which we unfortunatley did not use). So everything was perfect and in order-I hope we left it in this condition. Excellent accommodation could not wish for better. Thank you for making us so welcome, for the saffron cake and fairings biscuits they kept us going. Thank you for your feedback. We may have been able to help you if you had let us or the owners know your concerns. The mattress is a quality make and only 12 months old, please see previous guests" comments particularly 22nd May 2010 and 5th October 2009. I hope this did not detract too much from your stay at this wonderful property.
Good position and very clean. However, the bathroom is very dated, tiny and damp. The bed is not comfy and dips in the middle. The bed and bedroom also seemed damp.
Thank you for a lovely week. We cannot fault the apartment. Everything was as we would have wished it. The view is beautiful and could not be improved upon. The information in the apartment was very comprehensive and gave us ideas of places we wanted to visit. Your welcome was warm and we knew that if we had needed anything it would not have been to much trouble. Having sat down and mulled things over, we really can"t think of anything that would have made our stay more confortable. Its all the little things that made it such a pleasure to stay here, like the the welcome tray which provided us with with a much needed cup of tea after a long journey. The flat is so well furnished with all the items nedded that it all makes for a very enjoyable holiday. I cannot really think of any negative comments regarding our stay at No 16 (apart from the parking scramble which John and Sue are unable to rectify). The flat contains all the mod cons, is bright and spacious and the view from the lounge window across the bay is stunning. Perhaps the latter could be improved if some of the hanging fronds were opped off the palm tree so enhancing the view. We had a peaceful, restful stay and Falmouth itself has a lot to offer. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay thank you. The apartment is beautifully clean and well equipped. The only thing we missed was a portable radio - we love to wake up to radio 4! But the light and the views are fantastic. We loved the quiet of the bedroom and the spectacular light of the kitchen area. This was our first visit to Falmouth and we loved it - a great town for a holiday with almost too much choice when it comes to food - even for vegetarians! We feel we've only scratched the surface of the town and would happily return. We particularly enjoyed the boat trip to Malpas and would have done the Helford one too if time allowed. Little touches such as milk in the fridge, biscuits, cake and flowers were much appreciated. We were very impressed by the apartment and would certainly come again or recommend it to friends.
