Being reverse level to take advantage of the beautiful rural and (very distant!) sea views, the property is entered from the private, enclosed garden into the internal hallway. The bedrooms and main shower room are all on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a large, dual aspect, double room with king-size 5' bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, chest of drawers and large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom two is another large double room with en suite toilet and handbasin, 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and double wardrobe. Bedroom three is a spacious twin room with 2 x 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps, large chest of drawers and built-in double wardrobe. The family shower room is a fully tiled, large corner shower cubicle with mixer shower over, matching toilet and handbasin with light and shaver point above.
Stairs lead to the very large, bright lounge and dining room with exposed beams in the high ceilings and windows all round giving beautiful views. Comfortable seating for six with coffee table, real flame electric fire, books and games, LCD TV with freeview and DVD player. The dining area has a large natural wood table with six chairs and matching dresser unit. The kitchen and utility area is extremely well-equipped with range cooker with two ovens, separate grill, plate warmer and griddle, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A welcome tray awaits with fresh homemade scones, jam, clotted cream, tea, coffee, sugar, eggs, milk, juice and newspaper. Broadband internet access.
The games room just across the garden houses a darts board, pool table, childrens table tennis, hoopla and other garden games. Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating, towels and the welcome tray. If the children would like to get involved collecting eggs etc this can be arranged free of charge with the owner. Supervision for children outside of garden, required at all times.
