Pheasants Retreat is a lovely Cornish loft style timber lodge with a large living area and double doors opening onto a very private decking terrace with beautiful woodland views. Situated about 400m up a woodland track near Gweek, Cornwall. Wild birds and animals (foxes and badgers) even pheasants are regular visitors easily viewable from the lounge area. Pheasants Retreat is an open-plan 1st floor property, partially above a barn and partially above the owners own living accommodation.
Entered via the sliding double doors into the living area. With comfortable seating provided by a large three seater sofa and two separate armchairs, coffee table, large LCD TV with DVD player and Sky+ (basic package plus movies), a pine dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is well- equipped with a pine dresser, electric double oven with 4-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided downstairs in the large garage.
The room also has a * double bed with bedside tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. The separate bathroom has a bath with matching toilet and handbasin and large separate shower cubicle with mixer shower over, heated towel rail and an extractor fan.
Outside, the large decking has garden furniture provided and a sunny outlook in the afternoons. There is a large, gravelled parking area. Also on-site are the owners and two other letting properties:- Forresters Lodge (property 272) and The Cuckoos’ Nest (property 184). Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating, electricity, wireless internet access and Sky subscription. Regret no smoking and no pets.
