Chy an Brea is a newly built bungalow in the grounds of the Old Rectory in Phillack, Hayle. With partly exposed beams, wooden floors and central heating the bungalow is very comfortable and conveniently located for local amenities, as well as for exploring Cornwall.
From the gravelled parking area shared with the owners, Chy an Brea is entered into the large open-plan living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob with extractor over, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a dining table and chairs for two.
The lounge area is comfortable having two large sofas, flat screen LCD TV with DVD player and Freeview, which includes a radio/CD player. Double doors lead onto the enclosed garden and patio area at the rear and garden furniture is provided for you to enjoy this sheltered sun trap.
The large double bedroom has a 5' kingsize bed with bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The en suite shower room has a double size shower cubicle, toilet with matching handbasin, extractor and heated towel rail.
With everything being on one level, wide doors and large shower cubicle Chy an Brea is very accessible. It is conveniently located for Hayle's three miles of golden sands. Shops in Hayle are equally accessible as is the Nature Reserve at ‘The Saltings’, very popular with wildlife enthusiasts and especially birdwatchers. The A30 ‘backbone of Cornwall’ is just a five minute drive away giving access to all parts of this beautiful county within comfortable travelling time.
