7, Manor Court is a first floor, luxury holiday apartment with two en suite bedrooms just a couple of miles from St Ives in Lelant, Cornwall. The beautiful coastal branch line into St Ives runs regularly throughout the day and the small station in Lelant is within walking distance. The main A30 is also less than 10 minutes drive away, so you can have easy access to all of Cornwall while staying here.

Opposite is West Cornwall Golf Club where temporary memberships can be arranged, while Gwithian beach is level walking distance away.

Entered from the parking area No.7 is at the top of the first flight of stairs, easily accessed by the lift if you are carrying luggage.  Once inside the quality becomes apparent with a large fully equipped kitchen complete with a range with gas oven and gas hob with extractor over, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A table and four chairs provides a convenient place for breakfast in the spacious kitchen.

Bedroom one is a large double with kingsize 5' bed, quad wardrobe, dressing table, and en suite bathroom. The en suite is modern and fully tiled, the large corner bath has a mixer shower over and matching toilet and handbasin.

Bedroom two is also a double room with 4'6'' bed, double wardrobe and drawer unit. The en suite shower room has a large cubicle with mixer shower and matching toilet and handbasin.

The lounge/diner provides a more formal dining area with teak dining table and leather chairs while the lounge is bright, comfortable and well-equipped. An LCD TV with video and DVD player together with an amplifier provide the entertainment while you relax on the comfy sofa.

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating, towels and private parking outside. Regret no smoking.
