Your own private entrance leads straight into the well-equipped breakfast kitchen which has a double electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor over, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a breakfast table with four chairs.
The lounge is large and bright with lovely sea views and comfortably furnished for up to four people. There is a real flame electric heater and LCD TV with freeview, DVD and VHS player.
The double en suite bedroom has a 4'6'' double bed with bedside tables and lamps, large double wardrobe with drawers and a dressing table. En suite is a shower room with electric shower and matching toilet and handbasin.
Outside is a lawned garden (not enclosed) with seating area and a BBQ is provided.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating towels, WiFi and off road parking. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Regret no smoking.
