Fabulous location, beautifully maintained cottage with stunning views of the surrounding area. A peaceful retreat from busy life, yet with 21st century amenities such as Sky TV and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed a tasty and well presented meal at he Mount Haven Hotel in Marazion overlooking St Michaels Mount - well worth that special treat. Take advantage of sunbathing in the meadow or just relaxing on the veranda with long cool drinks. There is so much to see and do, you will need more than one trip to fit it all in !
Carn Goon exceeded all our expectations. The house is in total harmony with it's surroundings and the beach theme certainly struck a chord with us! We went on some great walks and the weather was very kind to us. We'd love to come back to Cornwall and Carn Goon again. Wonderful experience. - Via in-property guestbook

Thank you for sharing your Beach Cottage. The peace and solitude was wonderful. The decor and facilitites made the stay even better. What a view !!!!! - lovely touches of welcome including the flowers which lasted 2 weeks. Walk in shower was brill !! and ground floor bedroom (ideal for disabled). This is the first time ever I have never wanted to go home, what a wonderful week we have had! The sun has shone all week for us. Kynance Cove is a magical place and we have enjoyed our daily walks along the Lizard. What a wonderful break !! Really needed a tranquil experience and you have provided! Flowers were a lovely greeting. A delightful holiday house for every age! We have had a good week in this lovely spot the view from the balcony is stunning. Considering there were floods all over the country the rain seemed to pass by us, we've seen the sun everyday. Church Cove well worth a visit. - Via in-property guestbook
We all loved your beach house, we fell in love with the way you have brought everything to do with the sea together. our stay here coincided with five days of truly magical weather - the first cold days of the year, clear air and fantastic views from all the cliffs. As refugees from 'Bass Point' we already knew about the tranquility and beauty of The Lizard and "Carn Goon" did not disappoint (and we can still see the lighthouse flashing). It was lovely to be walking distance from our favourite beach (which will be better still when the tide brings the sand at the back of the beach back!!).
