Caerthillian Cottage is a beautifully refurbished, four bedroom, three bathroom property situated in the centre of Lizard Village. Within easy walking distance of the shops, pubs/restaurants, general store, post office, gift shops and the coastal footpath offering stunning cliff top walking in either direction.
Enter from a shared hallway, through to your own lockable door into the large open-plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge provides comfortable seating for eight; positioned in front of an inviting wood burner, flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player, Wifi is provided.
Wood flooring features throughout the lounge and kitchen and the large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a double range oven with gas hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer. A large farmhouse style dining table provides enough seating for eight.
Just off the first floor landing there is a small second lounge (ideal for the kids) with sofa, TV with freeview and DVD player. Next to this lounge is the twin room with two 3’ single beds, bedside table with lamp and hanging rail.
Three steps lead up from this landing and a hallway leads to the remaining three bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom one has a 5' king-size bed, with built-in wardrobes and a beautiful fully tiled en suite with large shower cubicle, power shower, toilet and handbasin. Bedroom two is also a large double room with 5’ king-size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. A small en suite has a shower cubicle, electric shower, toilet and handbasin. Bedroom three is a spacious single room with 3’ single bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The family bathroom is quite large and has matching bath with toilet and handbasin. Off the bathroom is a small utility room with an American style large capacity washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Outside is a small but pretty enclosed courtyard providing outdoor seating for four and a BBQ. Off-road parking is available for two cars with extra availability on the road or on the village green just 50m away.
