Dene House is a large comfortable semi-detached property, which has been tastefully converted from a 19th century chapel. It is only a few minutes walk from Church Cove and the Lizard village, which has a general store, post office, restaurant, public house and a famous pasty shop. It is also within walking distance of Housel Bay and the most southerly point. Other sandy beaches close by are picturesque Kynance Cove and Kennack Sands. The footpath next to Dene House leads to Cadgwith Cove (approx one and a half miles).

Entrance porch to hallway from which is a dual aspect, sunny lounge with electric stove fire and beamed ceiling, two large sofas, easy chair and pouffe, coffee tables, colour TV, Digital Freeview, DVD, Video recorder and a selection of dvds, videos and Wireless internet access. The dining room also with beamed ceiling and ornamental fireplace, including Digital TV, music system, pine dining table and chairs and a selection of games.
