Entered via an enclosed pretty courtyard patio area with garden furniture and into the downstairs hallway.
The kitchen is well-equipped with double electric oven, separate gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer,washing machine and a working solid fuel Rayburn. A breakfast table and chairs complete the room. In the lounge there is an open fire (first basket of logs supplied) and comfy seating for four people. TV with freeview and a DVD player.
Upstairs (be careful, they are steep!) are the two bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom one is a double room with 4'6" bed and double wardrobe. Views of Lizard Lighthouse and the sea in the distance. Bedroom two is a single room with 3' single bed. The bathroom is newly fitted and has a bath with shower over and matching handbasin and toilet.
Rental includes bedlinen. towels and electricity. Heating is by oil filled electric radiators and the open fire. One dog is allowed by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Regret no smoking.
