Tregonoggy is a traditional Cornish cottage full of character, dating back approximately five hundred years. It retains many original features and has been totally refurbished to make a superb home for holidays anytime of the year. Fully centrally heated detached cottage, situated just 50 metres from the shops, pub/restaurant and post office. A half mile walk will take you to the coastal footpath and Lizard Point with the very popular sandy beach of Kynance Cove a mile away by foot or just a couple of minutes by car.
Entered from the small front garden into the hallway with beamed ceiling and ceramic floor. Off the hall is the cosy lounge with large inglenook fireplace (still with the original bread oven) and log burner. The beamed ceiling, stripped wood flooring and part exposed local stone walls give the room real character and warmth. Furnished with two sofas, easy chair Freeview TV/Video, DVD player and Hi-fi. Wifi broadband included in rental. Lots of interesting books and DVDs are also provided for your convenience.
