Tyller-Teg is within easy walking distance of two pubs/restaurants, general store, post office, gift shops and the coastal footpath offering stunning cliff top walking in either direction.

From the front door you enter a large tiled, sun soaked porch offering a comfortable seating area in which guests can sit and enjoy the morning’s sun; leading through into the large open reception area with oak floors and a good size under stairs storage cupboard.

On the ground floor is the lounge with a comfortable leather suite, seating six; positioned in front of an inglenook fireplace and featured wood burner. The lounge benefits from solid oak underfloor heating, desk, wifi, 37” flat screen TV, Sky including sky sports, Blu-ray DVD player and a music system which has been seamlessly integrated throughout the property.

Open beamed ceilings feature throughout the lounge, with double doors leading out to the enclosed patio area at one end and a large window overlooking the gravelled drive and village at the other. Leading off the lounge is a dining area, seating six around a beautiful pine table, open beamed ceiling and window overlooking the patio area.

The large fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a double oven Rangemaster, breakfast table and chairs with seating for four and plenty of storage space,also TV. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room providing a dishwasher, washing machine, sink and downstairs cloak room.

On the first floor is the family bathroom, two spacious bedrooms and a master bedroom with en suite.  The family bathroom has a luxury free-standing roll top bath, matching toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail and a separate shower cubicle.

At the top of the spacious landing is bedroom one, a twin room with a large oak wardrobe and oak dresser,also TV. Bedroom two is a spacious room with a king-size bed, oak bedside tables and wardrobe and iPod docking station. The master bedroom is a spacious and light room, providing distant glimpses of the sea.
