Far from what the name suggests, The Pigsty is a refurbished barn conversion situated above the village of Downderry, just four miles from Looe, with fantastic sea views. Just five minutes off the main A38, access to the rest of Cornwall is easy with Eden Project, Looe, Polperro and Fowey within a short car journey. The Torpoint ferry will also take you into Plymouth City Centre within 20 minutes.
Entered straight from the sunny patio area (with seating) at the front, through double doors into the spacious living area, with exposed beams and vaulted ceiling.  There is comfy seating for five people around the coffee table and a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD and VHS.  The well-equipped kitchen area has washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, a gas double oven with 4-ring gas hob and extractor fan over, fridge with freezer compartment and extending dining table and chairs to seat five.  Along the long hallway is:
Family shower room with mixer shower, matching toilet and handbasin with shaver point and light over and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom one is a double en suite room with exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and feature window above the 4'6" double bed.  Bedside tables and matching lamps, dressing table with drawers and stool and a combination wardrobe.  The en suite shower room has a mixer shower, matching toilet and handbasin with shaver point and light over and a heated towel rail.  Bedroom two is a double room with 4'6" double bed, bedside table and lamps, combination wardrobe and dressing table with drawers and stool.  Bedroom three is a large single room with a 3' single bed with bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and hanging rail on door - can be converted to twin single beds on request.
Rental includes electricity, central heating, gas, towels and bedlinen.  You are requested to smoke outside.  The owners’ garden is out of bounds but does have a large pond therefore children are to be supervised at all times.
