On the first floor are the bedrooms, family bathroom and the second lounge. Bedroom one is a double en suite room with 5’ king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool. The en suite is fully tiled, bath with mixer shower over, matching toilet and handbasin, heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3’ single beds, bedside tables and lamps and two built-in double wardrobes. Large family bathroom, fully tiled having a separate shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, matching suite with bath, toilet and handbasin with electric shaver point, heated towel rail. The second lounge has comfortable seating, LCD TV with freeview and DVD player.
At the front of the house there is parking for one vehicle with further parking available in the garage for up to a medium size car. Please take care when parking as the driveway is shared with one other house. To the rear is a large patio with garden furniture provided and a good sized lawn area. The low retaining wall at the rear has a high drop off on the other side. We regret no children under five accepted and all other children must be supervised at all times. One well-behaved dog will be permitted by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity and central heating (underfloor heating throughout).
