Between 10 November 2011 and 26 May 2012 the capacity at Lower Redenek is reduced from eight to six by closing off an upstairs en suite double room. Bookings for more than 6 will not be accepted during this period, unless with prior agreement by owner.

‘Lower Redenek’ is a detached four bedroom (three en suite) dormer house with a very large enclosed garden in an excellent location just 100 metres from Mullion village centre.  With its huge lawn area, ample parking and proximity to beaches, harbour, shops and pubs, it makes an ideal family holiday location from which to explore the Lizard Peninsula.

Ground Floor with stripped wooden flooring throughout: Lounge/Dining room with comfy seating for eight people, 32" flat screen digital TV with Freeview, DVD, VCR (video library including children’s films), open fire and dining table for eight people. Bedroom one, king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, extra drawers and chair with en suite shower room. Family bathroom with electric shower over bath. Bedroom two with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chair, double wardrobe and drawers. Fitted Kitchen with breakfast table seating eight, electric cooker with double oven, grill and 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility room, housing the boiler, with door to back garden, places for boots and coats, extra fridge, washing machine and ‘Belfast’ sink. 

Upstairs carpeted throughout (except en suites) with two large double size bedrooms with far-reaching rural views. Bedroom three has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, drawers and TV with an en suite shower room. Bedroom four has twin 3’ singles, bedside tables and lamps, drawers, a long rail for clothes with an en suite bathroom. Because of the apex of the roof, headroom in parts of these rooms is restricted, particularly the bathrooms.

Outside is an extensive garden laid mostly to lawn, which can be enclosed by shutting the gate across the driveway. Garden furniture, a BBQ and garden games are available.  There is ample parking for four cars.
