Nefreggo Cottage is a traditional stone built semi-detached cottage ideally located just off the village centre in Mullion, Cornwall. There is free car parking for two or three cars immediately adjacent to the rear of the property and Mullion village with its mixture of shops and pubs is virtually on the doorstep. The nearest sandy beach is Poldhu, just a two minute drive down the road.
Entered from the back door directly into the newly fitted and well-equipped kitchen. Having a washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven and 4-ring ceramic hob with extractor over and a dishwasher. The ground floor bathroom is also brand new and consists of a white suite with electric shower over the bath, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror and electric shaver point.
The large lounge/diner has a stripped wooden floor with rugs, exposed stone walls and a beamed ceiling that gives the space a beautiful character and warmth. There is also a large inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, comfy seating for five people and large flat screen TV with freeview and dvd player. The dining area has a large wooden dining table and chairs for up to six people. From this large room is the original front door that leads into the garden and patio outside.
Upstairs are the bedrooms (care to be taken as the stairs are a little steeper than usual). Bedroom one is an en suite double room with a 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe (curtained) and a large drawer unit. The small en suite shower room has a shower cubicle with electric shower, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror and electric shaver point. Space is limited and care needs to be taken when entering and leaving the shower cubicle. Bedroom two is a large twin room with two 3' single beds with bedside table and lamp and a combination wardrobe.
Outside to the front is a garden and patio area with garden furniture provided. As well as the wood burner the property is centrally heated. Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating. Regret no smoking and no pets.
