'Parc Wartha' is a refurbished, characterful apartment in the heart of Mullion village. With its own access, parking and balcony it represents a beautiful and convenient location for a couple to enjoy.
Entered via stairs to the balcony, through French doors into the lounge. With wood laminate flooring and exposed beams and stonework, TV with DVD and video player, wood burner with first basket of logs supplied free, two large armchairs and a small dining table with two chairs.
The open-plan kitchen/diner consists of electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, work surface and natural wood units.
Bedroom has king-size double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and a chair. Bathroom has new matching suite with toilet, bath and handbasin with vanity unit and mixer shower over the bath.
Heating is by electric convector heaters and the wood burner. Rental includes hot water, electricity, bedlinen, towels and your first basket of logs. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom. Garden furniture provided.
