Penpol Chy Lodge is a centrally heated Park Home style property situated at the rear of the main house, Penpol Chy, and only minutes from the village centre with shops, restaurants/bars etc. within easy walking distance. The coves of Mullion, Poldhu and Polurrian are all about a mile from the property.
The lounge is well-equipped with a two-seater settee and easy chair, gas fire, radiator and colour TV/DVD player. The lounge window has rural views and a door leading onto the patio decking with garden table and chairs. The fitted galley kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave and fridge with ice making compartment.
The double bedroom has 4' bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, table lamps and radiator. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, handbasin, shaver point and radiator.
