Entered into the hallway from the off-road parking on the drive. The large lounge/diner has comfortable seating for four people, flat screen TV with DVD and freeview, an ornamental fireplace with electric 'real flame' fire and a dining table and chairs for four. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric oven with 4-ring hob and a microwave. A door leads to the rear open courtyard.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom one is a double room with 4'6'' double bed, bedside tables and lamps, ornamental fireplace and a canvas wardrobe. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' single beds, central bedside table and canvas wardrobe.
The bathroom is fully tiled with an electric shower over the bath, matching handbasin and a heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet.
Outside to the rear is a courtyard shared with other adjoining properties, while at the front is a driveway with parking for one vehicle.
Heating is mainly by electric storage radiators. Rental includes bedlinen and electricity.
No smoking. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week.
