Polpeor is one of a group of barn conversions, set around a communal courtyard just off the centre of Mullion village. Being just a short walk to the village with its pubs and shops you are also conveniently placed for the local beaches with footpaths leading directly to Polurrian Cove which is about a mile away. Polpeor has been decorated and furnished in a contemporary and uncluttered style to a high standard.
Entered from the allocated parking area up a short flight of stone steps and into the living area. Having two, two-seater sofas, coffee table, TV unit with drawers and LCD TV with DVD player and freeview. There is also a dining table and four chairs and several books, games and DVDs are provided for your entertainment.
The galley kitchen is well-equipped with built-in microwave, integrated fridge with freezer compartment, integrated washer/dryer, electric oven with ceramic hob over and extractor fan.
Bedroom one is a double room with a 4'6'' double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. Bedroom two is a single room with a 3' single bed, bedside table and lamp with a small double wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror and light above and a heated towel rail.
Heating throughout is by electric panel radiators, with the electric being included in the rent. Rental also includes bedlinen and towels. Regret no pets and no smoking.
