Savoy House is a spacious two bedroom apartment above the Savoy House Art Gallery in the picturesque village of Mullion. The apartment provides very comfortable accommodation for four people in this very convenient location. Mullion has the benefit of two well-established public houses, a convenience store, pharmacy and several gift shops as well as the art galleries. The beaches at Polurrian and Poldhu are easily reachable on foot or by car.
From the private rear entrance with courtyard seating area, there is plenty of space to store coats and walking boots etc before going upstairs to the main accommodation. Having a large bright living area, family bathroom, two bedrooms and a second separate cloakroom. Living area has comfortable seating for four people, wall mounted contemporary living flame electric fire, LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, Digital recorder, CD Radio, iPod docking station,wireless internet, dining table and chairs for four people. Well-equipped kitchen area has fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and 4-ring hob with extractor over.
Bedroom one is a double room with 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a double tallboy wardrobe. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside chest of drawers and lamp, a double wardrobe and an additional 5 drawer chest. The large family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, matching toilet and handbasin with cabinet above. A Dimplex Apollo, with an electronic thermostat, provides full room heating and a towel drying facility. There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet, handbasin and electric shaver point, and a washing machine.
Heating is by storage radiators in the living area and on the landing, and wall-mounted Dimplex thermostatically controlled heaters in the bedrooms. Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and heating. Two pets will be accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per week. On-road parking is available immediately in front of the property, or alternatively in either of Mullion’s two free car parks.
