Church View at Treveglos Court, Mullion, Cornwall, is a beautifully appointed two bedroom self catering holiday cottage sleeping up to four people. With high quality fixtures and fittings and a very high standard of decor throughout this makes a fantastic holiday home from which to easily explore the Lizard Peninsula and the South of Cornwall.
From the gravelled parking area, with allocated parking space, Church View is entered up a short flight of stone steps and through the porch into the main living area. Consisting of an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner the space is warm, light and airy, helped by the open beamed ceiling.
The lounge has two three-seater sofas, coffee table and LCD TV with freesat, DVD and VHS. A 'real flame' electric fire provides character and can boost the heating if required. The kitchen is very well-equipped with modern integrated units, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob with extractor and a microwave.
Downstairs are the two bedrooms. The first is a good size double room with 5' king-size double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. The second is a twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside table and lamp and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have LCD TVs with freesat and DVD players.
The spacious family bathroom is fully tiled and has a heated towel rail, bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and vanity unit, handbasin with light and shaver point over.
Outside at the rear is an enclosed, shared courtyard with seating and to the front is a private bench and table where you can enjoy the morning sunshine. The village of Mullion is a short walk from the entrance to Treveglos Court and has a general store, pharmacy, gift shops and two good pubs.
Rental includes bedlinen, heating, electricity, towels, wireless broadband connection and parking for one car. Additional free parking is available in the village car park approximately 100m away. Regret no smoking and no pets.
