Through the hall into the spacious kitchen/dining room with newly fitted units and laminated flooring. Double oven, fridge/freezer, table and chairs with a delightful window seat.  This room leads into the small but very well furnished lounge with LCD / DVD freeview television, electric log effect fire and three coffee tables. Patio doors lead out from this room into the large garden with patio table and chairs, bench and Sea Views. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, bedroom one is a double with sea views, 4'6" bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.
