Stairs off the lounge lead to the first floor bedroom which has a 4'6" double bed (which can be converted to two 3' single beds on prior request), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawer and lamp. Subject to prior discussion, additional aids can be provided for guests with physical impairments. The extensive landscaped gardens are available for your use and have an ornamental stream with ponds; therefore children require supervision, together with several sheltered seating areas from which to admire the view.

The owners live on site and have both a young and elderly lassie dog, which are both well behaved and if requested can be restricted. Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, heating, towels, cot and high chair. Off-road parking provided for two cars. Regret this is a no smoking property, and does not accept dogs.
