'Ocean View' is set magnificently on the cliff above Mullion Cove and has recently benefited from a full refurbishment. From the kitchen, lounge and three of the four bedrooms, stunning views of the cove, cliffs and Mullion Island will be enjoyed by all.
The enclosed garden to the front of the property features a raised decking area, BBQ area and table with seating; to let visitors experience the excellent sea views and to watch the stunning sunsets in comfort with family and friends. The Cornish coastal footpath passes within 50 metres of the property and the beaches at Mullion Cove, Polurrian Cove and Poldhu Cove are easily reachable by foot.
The first room off the spacious hallway is the Kitchen; fitted with beech units, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a range style electric cooker with ceramic hob, grill and two ovens with extractor over. This room also benefits from a breakfast bar with stools and a large farmhouse dining table. The kitchen has all mod cons including a LCD TV with built in DVD.
The lounge provides fantastic sea and coastal views from the large double doors which opens onto the raised decking area. Comfy seating for seven people is provided along with TV, DVD and a Bose wave radio with CD player.
The bathroom consists of a white modern bathroom suite, fully tiled with a corner deluxe shower unit, large Jacuzzi bath and heated towel rail. In addition to the family bathroom is a cloakroom with WC and handbasin.
The Master bedroom has a 6' super king bed which can be separated to offer the alternative of two 3' single beds (please specify), bedside tables and lamps, TV/DVD combi unit, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bedrooms two and three provide a 4'6" double divan, TV/DVD, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Ocean View had been finished to a very high standard. There is parking immediately to the front of the property for one car with additional parking available in front of the garage at the rear. In addition to the enclosed garden is an acre of lawned area which is shared, being part of a group of similar properties, which is a private residence and is in close proximity of the cove’s hotel.
