Entered through the sun room and into the dining area with its large dining table and seating for six. Just off is the small but very well-equipped kitchen, having double electric oven with hob and extractor over, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the sunroom.
The lounge is beautifully decorated and furnished, having seaviews from the large picture window. Two leather sofas provide comfortable seating and the LCD TV has freesat and a DVD player. There is a wall-mounted electric real flame-effect heater.
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. Bedroom one is a large double room with lovely sea views, a kingsize (5') double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and built- in wardrobe. Bedroom two is a twin room with full size (3') single beds with central bedside table, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom three is a single room with sea views, bedside table and lamp, drawer unit and wardrobe. The family bathroom is brand new and fully tiled, having a matching suite with powerful mixer shower over the bath, shaver point and heated towel radiator.
Outside is a sheltered gravelled patio area with BBQ which gets the sun from mid afternoon onwards and a small lawned area to the front of the house. A steep terraced garden is set into the side of the cliff which has seating areas and a nice view from the top. Care is needed and young children should be supervised. Car parking for two vehicles is available adjacent to the property. Next door is 'Creigan House' (see property number 45) which is also a holiday let owned by the same people.
Heating is by storage radiators and electric convector heaters. Rental includes bedlinen and electricity. One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week.
