'Dracaena Palms' is a fabulous, spacious holiday house, just across the road from the famous golden sands of Porth Beach, nr Newquay. It boasts a balcony that runs the full width of the property, accessible from both the sliding full height windows in the lounge and from the master bedroom, with views of the sand just 60 metres away. With its modern kitchen and bathrooms and its comfortable furnishings, Dracaena Palms at Porth is the perfect family holiday home.
A large covered porch leads through to the groundfloor entrance hall which has a door to the double garage (useful for wetsuits and bikes etc) and stairs off to the main living accommodation.  Entered into the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner the feeling of light from the fully glazed frontage is made even more impressive by the very high ceilings. Comfortably furnished for five people, flat screen TV with DVD player and freeview, a dining table and six chairs complete the room. The double sliding doors lead out to the balcony with glass balustrade and garden furniture provided.
The large kitchen consists of breakfast bar and two stools, gas hob and electric oven with extractor over, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a freezer.  The back door leads to an enclosed rear patio with seating while a further freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the garage.
Nine stairs lead up to the bedrooms and fully tiled main bathroom which has a separate, large corner shower cubicle with power shower, bath, handbasin and matching toilet. It is entered both from the hallway and by separate door from the main bedroom, both of which are lockable separately. A  further fully tiled cloakroom with toilet and handbasin is also available.
Bedroom one is a large double room with beach views, en suite access to the main bathroom, king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, loads of drawer and wardrobe space, two-seater sofa and access to the upper part of the balcony through sliding glazed doors. Bedroom two is a twin bedded room with beach views, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, drawer units, built-in wardrobe and vanity unit with handbasin.  Bedroom three is a spacious single room with 3' single bed, bedside table and lamp, dressing table and built-in wardrobe.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and central heating. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week. No smoking. There is a greenhouse in the back patio area so young children must be supervised at all times.  Situated off a no-through-road and with a very large driveway easily accommodating two cars Dracaena Palms is easily accessible by car, or by plane and bus from Newquay Airport.
