'Rosemullion House' is a large detached property with four bedrooms. Situated within easy walking distance of Polurrian Cove a lovely sandy beach, Mullion village and Mullion Cove. It has sea views from the two front bedrooms and a good size enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ area for use with your own disposable barbecue.

On entering the property you get an immediate homely feel. The large lounge has patio doors to the enclosed garden, three piece suite plus extra easy chair, coffee table, television, DVD player and stone ornamental fireplace with electric heater. The dining room has pine table and chairs and corner display unit. On from the dining room is the oak fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and two chairs, split-level cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a washing machine in the utility room and a tumble dryer and fridge/freezer in the double garage. The downstairs shower room is just off the utility room and has shower cubicle with electric shower, handbasin and toilet. Upstairs are the four bedrooms. Bedroom one has twin 3' beds, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe.  En suite shower room with shower cubicle and electric shower, toilet and vanity unit. Bedroom two with 4' 6" double bed, bedside table and lamp, double wardrobe, dressing table and chair. Bedroom three has a 3' single bed, double wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Private parking and double garage for two cars. Rental includes all electricity, bedlinen and travel cot. This property accepts one dog by prior arrangement at £25 per week.
