The ground floor has a tiled floor and consists of a large open-plan living area with luxury kitchen, dining area and lounge with opening double doors onto a small seating area from where to enjoy the view. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with toilet and handbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave and integrated appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge. All surfaces, including the island are beautiful black granite.
The dining area has a table and chairs for four people and the lounge is comfortably furnished with seating for five and an LCD TV with freeview and a DVD player. Magnificent views of the sea and coast northwards towards Tintagel can be seen from the windows.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one en suite and the family bathroom. Bedroom one is a double with glorious sea and coastal views from the double doors that open up onto a small balcony. Built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers complement the king-size bed. The en suite shower room is fully tiled and has a powerful mixer shower, toilet and handbasin.
Bedroom two is a twin room with sea glimpses and two 3' single beds. The family bathroom has a mixer shower over the bath, with toilet and contemporary handbasin.
As well as the traditional Cornish fishing village of Port Isaac on your doorstep, the immediate area is rich in interesting and varied opportunities to explore. Rock and Padstow with their abundance of highly rated restaurants are a short car journey away while in the opposite direction Tintagel is home to the legendary castle of King Arthur. For the more adventurous of the group, one of the top surfing beaches in Cornwall, Polzeath, is just five miles away.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, underfloor central heating throughout and one allocated parking space (other guest parking available free). Castle Rock will accept one dog by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Regret no smoking.
