Long Meadow Cottage

Long Meadow Cottage is set just 100 metres down a no-thru-road in the village of Pendoggett, a couple of miles from Port Isaac and about four miles from the beautiful beach at Polzeath.  A fresh and modern family holiday home, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

At the end of the track is The Cornish Arms, famous locally for its great food and choice of ales.  There's plenty to do nearby as well - golf courses include St. Enodoc and Bowood, the town of Wadebridge is approximately nine miles away and offers a variety of shops, a cinema and swimming pool and bikes can be hired to ride the Camel Trail which runs along the Camel Estuary to Padstow.

Sleeping up to four people the cottage has an open plan ground floor with well equipped kitchen including a double electric oven, 4-ring hob with extractor over, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge.  There's a dining table with four chairs and the lounge has comfortable sofas and an LCD TV with DVD player.

Upstairs are the bedrooms and main bathroom. Bedroom one is a double room with 4'6" double bed, built-in wardrobe and chests of drawers. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps and a built-in wardrobe.

The family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and matching modern toilet and handbasin.

Outside at the front there is a seating area with garden furniture and you can use the back garden (meadow) by arrangement with the owner who lives on site.

The driveway provides off-road parking for two cars.  Rental includes heating, electricity, towels and bedlinen.  This property accepts two dogs by prior arrangement at £25 per dog per week. No smoking.
