Silvershells is a fantastic family holiday bungalow in a stunning location above the village of Port Isaac in North Cornwall.  Every front facing window has the uninterrupted views of the harbour, village and cliffs of this quaint Cornish port made famous by the TV series ‘Doc Martin’.
Refurbished with new bathroom and cloakroom, the property is at the end of a no through road and has parking for two vehicles on the driveway.  Entered through a porch into the spacious hallway, the wooden floors give the property warmth and character. The new cloakroom has toilet and matching handbasin while opposite is the large well-equipped kitchen.  Double electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor fan over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and central breakfast table with four chairs.
The view through the double patio doors in the lounge is extraordinary, if you can take your eyes off it you will notice comfortable seating for five people, coffee table and a large LCD TV with freeview and DVD player. There is also a dining table and chairs for six.
Along the hall are the bedrooms and the new family bathroom having bath with power shower over, matching toilet and handbasin with extractor and heated towel rail. Bedroom one (fantastic sea views) is a double room with kingsize (5') double bed, bedside tables and lamps, double combi wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Bedroom two (fantastic sea views) is a twin room with 2 x 3' single beds, bedside table and lamp, double combi wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom three is at the rear of the property and is a spacious single room with 3' single bed, bedside table and lamp, double combi wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Just three miles from Polzeath and Rock, and about five miles from Wadebridge, Port Isaac is a good location from which to explore the North Cornish coast. The A39 ‘Atlantic Highway’ makes places like Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel accessible to the north while Padstow, Mawgan Porth and Newquay are easily reachable to the south.  The Eden project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are about a half hour car ride away.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating.  One dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week. No Smoking.
