Beach View at Porthallow, Cornwall is a beautifully furnished one bedroom detached apartment. Set on the side of the valley looking down across the pebbly beach and out across Falmouth Bay to St Anthony lighthouse and The Fal River. You can walk the coastal footpath from here, the midpoint of the 630 mile path, although you don't have to go that far to discover breathtaking views from the cliff tops and hidden sandy coves only accessible on foot.

Steps (with handrail) lead down from your off-road allocated parking space and through the small communal garden area to Beach View. Entered into the small utility area which is an ideal space for wetsuits and walking boots to dry, and then on into the living area.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is large and bright, with good quality fittings and furnishings throughout. Comfortable seating is provided for four people set around a large picture window. A real flame gas fire provides warmth and atmosphere and there is a wall-mounted LCD TV with DVD player.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a double electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Next to this is the dining area with circular table and chairs for four. A door leads out from the living area onto the patio balcony which is decked and has a table and chairs and a gas BBQ. From here the best views can be taken in as you watch the coming and going of the shipping from Falmouth and the activity on the beach, all from the peace and quite of your own patio.

The double bedroom has a king-size 5' double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. A cleverly placed mirror allows you to enjoy the views even when in bed! The large shower room has two doors, making it accessible from the living area during the day as well as being en suite to the bedroom. There is a double size shower cubicle with powerful mixer shower, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

The popular Five Pilchards Inn is within easy walking distance down on Porthallow beach and offers a good evening menu, while the village of St Keverne is just two miles away. Offering a well stocked shop, a further two pubs and a well regarded organic restaurant 'The Greenhouse'.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity and gas. Regret no dogs or children and you are required to smoke outside.
