This centrally heated detached bungalow is set in gardens of approximately half an acre and is the ideal holiday location for a couple or family any time of the year. With just a short walk down to the shingle beach and the coastal footpath. Porthallow has an art gallery, and well renowned Five Pilchards pub.[ Restricted opening hours October-April ] The bustling village of St. Keverne, with a range of shops, is a short drive from Porthallow and the market town of Helston is 16 miles away.

Fitted kitchen includes gas hobs with electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and serving hatch to the lounge/diner. Lounge/dining room with picture window, stunning sea views, large sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and electric fire in the stone fireplace. Double bedroom, with sea views has a double 4'6” bed and space for cot (cot and high chair included in rental if required please advise us when booking), large pine combi wardrobe and chest of drawers. Sunroom off the hall leads to the excellent garden with patio table and chairs. The gardens, mainly lawns and shrubs are to three sides of the property.
