The fully double-glazed and centrally heated house is entered by the lobby, with good coat hanging space which also gives access to the wet room, incorporating electric shower, toilet and handbasin. Double doors lead to the large lounge, providing warmth, character and relaxed seating. A coal fire, first bucket of coal and basket of wood provided, adds to the ambience of comfort and warmth. TV with DVD, Radio/CD player, numerous books and games, are provided for all. Further double doors lead to the south east facing conservatory which overlooks the small garden and which also gives distant sea glimpses. The dining room and kitchen are joined by an archway and this provides a large and sociable cooking and dining area. The dining room has a large solid oak craftsman made table for eight. The fitted kitchen includes split level electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. From October to April the oil-fired boiler provides central heating and hot water. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, and the family bathroom with toilet, handbasin and electric shower over bath. The single bedroom has a 3' single bed, wardrobe with shelves and drawers, bedside lamp, chair and large window overlooking the garden. The twin bedroom, which also overlooks the garden, has 3' twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps and two chairs. The king-size bedroom has double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and bedroom chair. The bunk bedroom has full size bunk beds, the top being 3' wide and the bottom 4' wide, and also has a wardrobe with drawers, bedside table, lamps and a chair.
Outside there is a small secluded garden. Unallocated free parking is available opposite the house. Heating May to September is by open fire and electric heaters. October 1st to April 30th is by oil fired central heating. Rental includes heating, electricity and bedlinen. One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week. This is a no smoking property.
