Mullyon Cottage at Porthleven is a spacious two bedroom bungalow set above the harbour town with beautiful sea views. Walking distance from the famous harbour, restaurants and pubs and easy driving distance from Helston, Penzance and St Ives, Mullyon Cottage is a very comfortable and well-equipped property.
With parking on the drive for two cars, a path leads to the entrance directly into the sunroom. Having a drop leaf table and four chairs and also two easy chairs from which to enjoy the lovely sea views.
The lounge has comfy seating for up to five people and also enjoys the sea views, with LCD TV with freeview and a DVD player. There is also a wood burner with the first basket of logs supplied free for your convenience. A separate dining room has a very good quality solid oak dining table with six chairs and matching sideboard unit. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with double electric oven with grill and 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A separate utility room at the back of the garage has a large fridge freezer, washing machine and sink, as well as providing storage room for wetsuits and muddy boots etc.
Bedroom one is a large double room with beautiful oak furniture including 5’ king-size bed, matching bedside tables, drawer chest and large double wardrobe. The floor has exposed boards and rugs. Bedroom two also has exposed floorboards and is a twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside tables and an open hanging rail with shelf space.
The family bathroom has bath with mixer shower over the bath and a matching toilet and handbasin with shaver point.
The house is on a corner plot and surrounded by garden which includes a lovely sheltered, enclosed patio area with table and chairs and a parasol.
Rental includes electricity, central heating and bedlinen. One well behaved dog will be accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Regret no smoking.
