From the shared parking area with plenty of space for up to two vehicles, the bungalow is entered into the large internal hallway. From here there is a spacious lounge/diner with comfortable seating for up to five people, dining table and chairs, LCD TV with freeview and DVD player and a flush mounted 'real flame' electric fire to back up the central heating if necessary.
The fitted kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob with extractor over, small fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A family wet-room provides a large walk-in power shower, toilet, handbasin, shaver point and heated towel rail.
Bedroom one is a large double room with 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large fitted wardrobes, drawer units and LCD TV with freeview. Bedroom two is a treble room with a modern bunk bed, separate single bed, double wardrobe and drawer unit. This provides for flexible sleeping arrangements as the bottom bunk (shown as a sofa in the pictures) can be made into a 4' double if required. This room will sleep a maximum of three.
Next door is 'Swallows' another holiday property (see property number 449). Both properties are also wheelchair and disabled friendly. On site is a farm shop from where you can purchase fresh farm produce including milk, eggs, bacon and sausage. Owner lives on site in a detached house.
