Swallows is a new, spacious semi-detached bungalow situated just outside Porthtowan on the North coast of Cornwall. One mile from the shops and beach at Porthtowan and just 400 metres from the South West Coastal Path. The A30 is just three miles away giving you easy access to all of Cornwall's beaches and attractions.

A large off-road parking area allows easy parking and turning for up to two vehicles and the property is accessed through a small patio area with outside seating provided. Once inside the quality and attention to detail becomes obvious, independently inspected to a four star standard, everything you need for a comfortable holiday is provided.

Entered from the wide internal hallway, the lounge/diner has plenty of room for the dining table with six chairs and comfortable seating for up to four people. There is a wall mounted LCD TV with freeview and DVD player, large coffee table and a built-in 'real-flame' electric fire to supplement the central heating if needed.

Bedroom one is a large double room with 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large built-in wardrobes with mirrors, drawer units and LCD TV with freeview.  Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. The beds are fully electric and can be manouvered into a variety of positions for back support etc. The beds can easily be disabled to prevent accidents when children are staying.

The family shower room is a walk-in wet room with power shower, toilet, handbasin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

The fully equipped kitchen is beautiful and has an electric oven and 4-ring hob with extractor over, washing machine, small fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Next door is 'Skylarks' another holiday property (see property number 450). Both properties are also wheelchair and disabled friendly. On site is a farm shop from where you can purchase fresh farm produce including milk, eggs, bacon and sausage. Owner lives on site in a detached house.
