Sleeping up to four people, Dale Cottage is a comfortable, clean and spacious property, independently inspected to a three star standard. The cottage offers the peace and tranquility of the Cornish countryside yet is just four miles from the golden sands and surf of the famous beach at Praa Sands in one direction, and a similar distance from the bustling fishing harbour of Porthleven in the other.
Bedroom one is a spacious double room with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging and drawer space. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' single beds, central bedside table and lamp and a canvas wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. A bright family bathroom with a heated towel rail, mixer shower over the bath and handbasin. Separate toilet.
The lounge is bright and furnished with seating for five people, dining table and chairs, TV & Freeview. There is a small well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Outside is a small patio with garden furniture and some lawn.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity and eco logs for the wood burner. There is off-road parking for two cars. Regret no smoking and no pets. The owners live detached on site and there are three other semi detached holiday bungalows, see 'Willow Cottage', 'Field Cottage and 'Oak Cottage'.
