Just four miles from the famous golden beach at Praa Sands, Field Cottage is in the peaceful rural hamlet of Polladras. Offering the peace and tranquility of the Cornish countryside as well as easy access to local towns and attractions. Penzance, St Ives, Helston and the Picturesque harbour at Porthleven are all an short car journey away.
Sleeping up to six people in three bedrooms, Field Cottage is clean, spacious and comfortable, independently inspected by Quality in Tourism as a Three Star property.
Bedrooms one and two are spacious double rooms with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging and drawer space. Bedroom three is a large twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside table, hanging space and drawers. The clean and bright family bathroom has a heated towel rail, mixer shower over the bath and matching handbasin. Separate toilet.
The large lounge is bright and comfortably furnished with seating for six people, dining table and chairs, LCD TV and freeview. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Outside is a small patio with garden furniture and some lawn.
Rental includes bedlinen and electricity. There is off-road parking for two cars. Regret no smoking and no pets. The owners live detached on site and there are three other semi detached holiday bungalows, see Oak Cottage', 'Dale Cottage' and 'Willow Cottage'.
