'Hillside' is a spacious semi-detached house perched up on the hillside above Praa Sands famous beach. Enjoying panaoramic views of the beach and sea from the decked patio, sunroom and each front facing window including two of the bedrooms.  St Michael's Mount, Penzance, Mousehole, Newlyn and St Ives are all reachable easily by car in less than half an hour.

Situated on a no-through-road there is parking for up to two cars and from here a flight of steps leads up to the large decked area with outdoor furniture, BBQ and wonderful views over the beach. Enter into the spacious sunroom with wicker furniture and coffee tables and on into the house.

The lounge has beach views, comfortable seating for six people, LCD TV with freeview and DVD player. A separate dining room has sea views, large dining table and chairs for six people. There is also a breakfast room off the kitchen with smaller dining table as well as counter-style seating. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric double oven, hob with extractor over, microwave and fridge. Off the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. At the other end is a fully tiled shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin.

Upstairs are the bedrooms and main bathroom. Bedroom One is a twin room with great beach and sea views, bedside table and lamp, double wardrobe, drawer unit and a chair. Bedroom Two is a double room with 4'6'' bed, bedside table and lamp, and double wardrobe.  Bedroom Three has great beach and sea views, 3' bunk beds, bedside table and lamp and a chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom with electric shower over the bath, matching handbasin and a heated towel rail. Separate toilet.

Rental includes electricity, central heating, bedlinen and towels. Parking for two cars if due care is taken. Due to the steps up to the property it may not be suitable if you are not fully mobile.
