Just four miles from the golden beach at Praa Sands, Oak Cottage is a three bedroom semi detached holiday cottage in Polladras, Cornwall, less than four miles or 10 minutes from Porthleven fishing harbour. Set off the road and with a large enclosed garden Oak Cottage is perfect for families with younger children.
The large lounge/diner has an oak dining table and six chairs while at the other end of the room the lounge has three, two-seater settees with coffee table, LCD TV with freeview and a door on to the patio and large garden. A 'real flame' effect electric heater can provide a boost to the storage heating if necessary.
The kitchen is small but well-equipped with electric oven and grill with 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The bathroom is newly fitted and fully tiled and has a bath with a mixer shower over, heated towel rail and a handbasin. There is a separate toilet.
Bedroom one is a double room with views of the back garden, with 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging and drawer space. Bedroom two is another double with 4'6" bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging and drawer space. Bedroom three is a twin room with two 3' single beds, central bedside table and lamp, hanging rail and drawer space.
From the car parking area Oak Cottage has just two steps up into the entrance hall, with the whole property being on the same level from here so may be suitable for people with limited mobility.
