Just four miles from the famous golden beach at Praa Sands, Willow Cottage, in the rural hamlet of Polladras, offers the peace and tranquility of the Cornish countryside but with quick and easy access to local attractions and places of interest. Penzance, Helston and St Ives are all just a short car journey and Porthleven with its picturesque working harbour, ice cream shops and restaurants is just a few minutes down the road.
Sleeping up to five people in two bedrooms, Willow Cottage is clean, comfortable and spacious, independently inspected by Quality in Tourism to a Three Star Rating.
Bedroom one is a spacious double room with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging and drawer space. Bedroom two is a treble room with a 3' single bed and full size 3' bunk beds, bedside table and lamp and a canvas wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. A clean and bright family bathroom has a heated towel rail, a mixer shower over the bath and matching handbasin. Separate toilet.
The spacious lounge is bright and comfortably furnished with seating for five people, dining table and chairs, TV and Freeview. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Outside is a small patio with garden furniture and some lawn.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and eco logs for the wood burner. There is off-road parking for two cars. Regret no smoking and no pets. The owners live detached on site and there are three other semi detached holiday bungalows, see 'Oak Cottage', 'Dale Cottage' and 'Field Cottage'.
