A perfect cottage in a delightful village. Equipped with everything you need & very cosy even with the nights drawing in & the chilly nights. For us, an ideal base round the corner from very good friends - we've found our home from home & will be back.

Thank you Trehannah. Fantastic week of fun and sun. Chapel Porth spectacular - an endless beach. Kayaking and surfing great fun, but must remember to bring helmet next time. Food at the Taphouse excellent, please try the mezze platter. The walk from Chaple Porth to Porthtowen recommended and have a coffee at the Blue Bar. We all love St Agnes and we will always come back here. My parents also had a nice time. - Via in-property guestbook

Great week. Forecasters predictions of rain never came to much. Can highly recommend the Blue Bar at Porthtowan and the Schooners at Trevaunance - Both serve great fresh fish. Blue Hills mine good on a rainy day to meet an enthusiastic Cornishman. Beaches all fabulous! - Via in-property guestbook

We have had a great week here. We have been in a good position in which to explore Cornwall. Sam (age 5)really enjoyed the tin mine at Geevor: going underground wearing his hardhat. There was plenty to keep us busy at the Eden Project – visit the bakery for lunch and tractor rides to entertain the youngsters up and down the hill ( and worn out parents) We loved the cliff walk to Trevaunance cove. We fell in love with Chapel Porth -lots of rocks to sit on and fabulous ice cream. My preference was the ‘Hedgehog’. We fell in love with body boardng which we never thought we would. Thank you - Via in-property guestbook

We love this cottage, so cosy, clean, well equipped, welcoming and well placed. Wish we had been here for 2 weeks. Our favourite has definitely been Chapel Porth, especially when the tide goes out and leaves a huge expanse of beauitful sand with rugged cliffs, beautiful scenery and spookey caves.Again'Foxy' and 'Hedgehog' ice cream was scrummy. I liked St. Agnes because it was such a small and perfect village: friendly with a capital F in our experience, with everything you need for the week available within walking distance. We parked in front of the cottage and did not drive again unless we were leaving the village, I would say the fish and chips shop and the bakery and the surfing at the beach were best for my boys while the coastal pathways to Chapel Porth were my favourite. I liked the cottage because it seemed to have the best location possible in the village, central to everything but quiet and comfortable. We all slept very well each night too. We stayed at Trehannah over the August Bank Holiday 2008. The cottage was newly decorated and furnished to a high standard and we enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were most accommodating fitting us in to our short break and had provided a most welcome pack of goodies for when we arrived quite late. We wished we could have stayed longer. The owners were particularly helpful when I left some important papers behind! Mr and Mrs Apsey (Worthing)
